Does Capifiq replace our ATS?
No. Capifiq connects to any applicant tracking system rather than replacing it. Interviews scheduled in Capifiq flow back into the record your team already works from, and your coding and assessment tools are untouched.
Is there anything the candidate has to install?
The candidate joins the interview in the Capifiq client: a roughly 30-second guided setup, and they are in. Joining and the integrity check are the same step, so there is no second thing to download. It is an integrity check, not a lockdown.
