Accessibility
Accessibility at Capifiq.
We want everyone to be able to use our software. This page says what we're aiming for, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us when something doesn't work.
If you need a change to how your interview is run, that's a different thing. Ask the employer, their contact details are in your interview invitation. We don't decide who gets an adjustment. More about that here →
The target
What we're aiming for.
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the target for our public website and for the software candidates and interviewers use.
We're not claiming we've fully met it. Below is where we know we haven't.
Assistive technology
Using a screen reader or other assistive technology.
If you use assistive technology during an interview: a screen reader, magnifier, dictation, switch access, eye control, a braille display, an adaptive keyboard or pointer: we filter it out on your computer, before anything is sent to us.
We don't have that information, so we can't report it to an employer. It happens in every interview, for everyone. You don't have to ask, tell us, or turn anything on. We also never read your operating system's accessibility settings.
Known gaps
Where we currently fall short.
Measured on our public website, last checked 23 August 2026. We publish these rather than wait until the list is empty.
- A small number of icon glyphs on solid colour fills, alert markers and step numbers, sit between 3.1:1 and 3.9:1 against their background. They meet the 3:1 required for non-text content but not the 4.5:1 we would prefer.
- Our marketing pages carry decorative motion on scroll. It is disabled when your system asks for reduced motion, but it is not individually switchable on the page.
- Some illustrative product mock-ups are presented as images with a text alternative that summarises them rather than reproducing every label inside them.
- We have not yet published a full third-party audit. Our testing to date is internal, automated and manual.
Tell us
If something doesn't work.
Email asim@capifiq.ai or call +1 (409) 205-7377. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. You don't need to know the technical reason, and you don't need to use any particular words.
