About Capifiq

Hiring should be decided by ability, not by who has the better cheat tool.

Capifiq builds interview integrity for remote hiring — so a strong interview means a strong candidate, and a hiring decision rests on evidence rather than a hunch.

Why we exist

Remote interviews stopped being trustworthy. We're fixing that.

Over the last two years, a subscription industry grew up around helping candidates cheat live interviews — hidden AI overlays, remote-control help, deepfaked cameras, browser copilots, and coaching that never touches the device. Screen sharing and behavior scores can't keep up, and the honest candidates lose out to the ones with the better tool.

We started Capifiq to give hiring teams back a fair, reliable interview — without turning it into a hostile, locked-down experience for the person on the other side.

What we believe

The principles we build on.

Verify, don't guess

Interview integrity should rest on direct verification and evidence — not an inferred suspicion score someone has to defend.

Evidence, and a human decides

Capifiq surfaces factual, sealed findings. It never scores a candidate or decides an outcome — a person does.

Fair to candidates

An integrity check, not a lockdown. Collection is transparent and scoped to the interview, and candidates keep their normal setup.

In brief

  • Interview integrity for remote hiring
  • Detect any on-device assistance; deter off-device help
  • Deterministic, sealed evidence — not a score
  • Patent-pending detection method

The approach

Both halves of the interview.

Integrity has two sides. On the device, a companion agent detects unauthorized assistance and seals it as evidence. Off the device — a phone, an earpiece, an accomplice — where no software can see, interviewing methodology deters it.

Together, that's a fair interview you can actually trust, running alongside the Zoom, Teams, or Meet calls you already do.
